Banaue Savings and Credit Cooperative gets the service of BCSAS
The Banaue Savings and Credit Cooperative in Banaue, Ifugao and Breakpoint have agreed in principle for the development of a cooperative system such as Loans, Savings and Share Capital.
The system will address long standing issues regarding their present system. It will also conforms to Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) audit and accounting practices.
Breakpoint will use MS SQL 2005 as backend for security and scalability. Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) for the client-server platform and .NET 3.0 framework for the user interface client.
