Breakpoint Computer Systems & Services (BCSAS) is gearing toward competent and reliable computing software for personal, school, cooperative and business needs.

Established in 2000 as a computer rental business, it has shifted its services into software, web development, IT consultancy and IT solutions provider.

BCSAS developed WinTimer, a widely-used Internet Cafe Management program in the Philippines. It is also involved in developing and deploying School Enrollment System in some schools in the Northern Luzon.

BCSAS is now developing SMS-based applications for personal, marketing, sales and advertising. It hopes that by these applications, it will address the needs of its clients. BCSAS also is going into outsourcing projects outside the Philippines.

Today, BCSAS is continuing its mission, empowering the Filipino software developers.

BCSAS is founded and established by Ronald V. Ramos, an Electronics and Communications Engineer with license number 11414 and Constantine V. Guitang, both are graduates of St. Louis University, Baguio City, Philippines.

Breakpoint Computer Systems & Services is duly registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (Philippines) and with Business Registration Number 12599 (Baguio City, Philippines).
